This luxury villa features 4,978 square feet of interior living space on two floors. Up to 16 guests will find themselves right at home at this Big Island Villa. Waikoloa Oasis has eight bedrooms, six full bathrooms, and one half bathroom.

The exterior of the home is situated in a gorgeous location, overlooking the Waikoloa Anchialine Ponds, a natural formation of lava ponds that are home to small fish. They get their name from a Greek word meaning “close to the sea.”

Waikoloa Oasis is a classic Hawaiian vacation home with a low stone wall, white walls, and a gently sloping roof. The home has expansive outdoor living space that offers guests no shortage of entertainment and beautiful island views. Take a dip in the private pool that looks out over the lawn and toward the Pacific Ocean, and relax in the attached hot tub.

If you want to swim in the ocean, a path will lead you directly to Anaeho’omalu Bay and a beach. After you are done playing in the salt water, come back to the property to rinse off in the outdoor shower.

The outdoor space at the villa also has multiple different seating areas. Relax on one of the cushioned chairs beneath the covered portion of the lanai, or recline on one of the chaise lounges beneath the island sun. When the weather cools a bit during the evening, gather around the fire pit for star gazing.

You can spend your entire day outdoors if you wish. The villa has an outdoor, built-in barbecue with a counter and seats for nine guests. The covered lanai has a long dining table with seats for 14 guests. Savor an al fresco meal before diving back into the pool or the ocean.

Waikoloa Oasis also has plenty of indoor places for group entertainment and relaxation. The living room on the main level has a sofa and plenty additional seating, as well as a flat screen TV with cable. Guests can easily move from the living room out onto the lanai. The lounge on the second level features high-top tables and seating, as well as a flat screen TV. The lounge leads directly out onto the furnished terrace.

Back on the main level, guests will find the open floor plan includes a kitchen and dining area. The gourmet kitchen will amaze you with ample counter space, center island, and modern appliances. Six guests can sit along the counter and center island, or eight guests can gather for a meal at the indoor dining table.

The main level of the villa also has a game room. Turn on the sound system while you shoot pool or play a game of shuffle board. The game room leads directly out to the lanai.

All eight of the bedrooms have a king-size bed. Five of the bedrooms are located on the main level, while the other three are located on the upper level.

This Big Island villa has central air-conditioning, 11 flat screen TVs, and high-speed Wi-Fi. In addition to all of these amenities, Waikoloa Oasis is also located near the shops and restaurants of Waikoloa Beach Resort.
