Classic and contemporary palates blend beautifully in Paradiso Perduto’s interior spaces. Designer furnishings, modern artwork and high-end fixtures create a luxurious ambiance in every room. In the open-concept living and dining space, a chic black and white color theme is punctuated by splashes of blue decor to complement the stunning ocean views. Cool sea breezes pour in through expansive recessed glass doors and sunshine warms the white walls and creamy Travertine floors to create a refreshingly calm and inviting atmosphere.
Form and function unite in Paradiso Perduto’s gourmet kitchen, complete with professional-grade Viking appliances and a large marble-topped island with a breakfast bar. There is formal dining for 12, as well as a casual indoor lounge area and an adjacent bar with an ice maker, wine cooler and refreshment center.
Each one a private retreat, the villas eight gorgeous bedrooms feature plush beds, fine linens and exquisite ensuite baths, many with soaker tubs and multi-jet rain showers. Bedrooms on the east and west wings have charming Juliet balconies that overlook the pool and ocean views beyond.
Five-star comfort and A-list pampering await guests at Paradiso Perduto. Have a good workout in the villa’s fully-equipped fitness center, complete with a treadmill, elliptical, universal gym and free weight system. Experience the ultimate indulgence in the spa suite where guests can enjoy a relaxing facial or massage. Extremely mobile-friendly, the home also has a four-level elevator, wide hallways and generous interior spaces.
Outdoors, the glistening waters of the Cortez rival the magnificence of the massive infinity-edge pool. Its unique design features a large shallow sunning area that deepens and arcs out towards the sea, with a lap pool flowing down the length of the terrace and a sunken Jacuzzi bubbling away in the center. Teak loungers with crisp white cushions and umbrellas border the pool, and all have side tables to rest a frosty margarita or cerveza. Two large covered lounge areas on each side of the pool shade the grilling station and 12-seat dining table, as well as a luxe open-air relaxation space with a pillowed cabana bed. In the evening, stars sparkle in the sky and the twin fire pits cast a soft glow across the terrace, as the lights of downtown shine in the distance.
