The main floor is designed with entertaining in mind. On the terrace there are plenty of ample lounge and deck chairs, so no one is left out. The deck is completed with a pergola for shade, a fire pit, and a gas BBQ area.

On the main floor of Villa Descanso you’ll find an expansive living area that comes complete with a sports room featuring a pool table, a large great room with 46 inch flat screen TV, a media room with a 46 inch flat screen TV, an oversized gourmet kitchen with indoor and outdoor counter seating for 9 and a 32 inch flat screen TV, and a dining room that seats 12.

The next floor has 4 bedrooms and a large steam shower room that will accommodate up to 10 guests. The third floor has 5 bedrooms, more outdoor terraces with lush vegetation, an Internet cafe with multiple connections where people can hang out and check their email while they have a coffee or just surf the net.

All bedrooms of Villa Descanso come with the same amenities, which include A/C, ceiling fans, a high quality amplifier with an iPod docking station, individual satellite receiver, high speed internet connection, a phone including Vonage and local dialing, CD/DVD player, speaker system, and a 32 inch flat screen TV. Every bedroom also has its own private full bathroom with all the luxuries including marble showers, granite vanities, and full-length mirrors. Additional essentials in each suite include a hotel-style safe for your laptop and valuables, iron and ironing board and blow dryer.
