Sundown Villa is a laid-back, nine-bedroom villa right on the beach in the exclusive vacation destination of Discovery Bay. The villa consists of the five bedroom main house and a four-bedroom guesthouse. With up to nine bedrooms this is a perfect getaway for any size group.

The main house sits directly on its own white sand beach with a private pool. The main house has light, relaxed, modern-styled living areas with large over-sized seating areas both inside and out. The open-air living room leads directly into a large outdoor, covered verandah with comfortable furnishings that overlook the beach and pool. The two king master bedrooms sit on the ocean side of the house, each with its own private patio. Situated on the garden side of the main house are two bedrooms each with two double beds and one more King bedroom with a trundle. All bedrooms have air conditioning and en-suite newly remodelled bathrooms.

The four-bedroom guesthouse can be rented along with the main house in a 7-bedroom or 9-bedroom configurations giving added flexibility to different sized groups. The two story structure has four king bedrooms all with air conditioning, their own private bathroom and each floor with connecting kitchenettes making this space ideal for families with small children who like to be close to them when travelling. The décor is fresh, clean and bright, with beautiful vaulted ceilings and a distinctly Caribbean beach vibe.

The villa comes equipped with a private pool and beach, a Hobie Cat sailboat, Hawaiian Paddle boards, kayaks, snorkel equipment, pool toys, beach toys, kids playground, board games, wifi, sound system and flat screen tv’s.

Although you may not want to leave the villa, Jamaica is full of exceptional tours for all ages and interests. Our staff can help arrange daily excursions and a driver to help you enjoy the spectacular beauty of Jamaica.

Private transfers and airport transfers are available at an additional cost.

The villa also comes with one of the best staffs in all of Jamaica! During your stay you will pampered by everyone at the villa. Whether it’s your butler bringing you smoothies on the beach, or our chef preparing Jamaican barbecue on the beach. And we will ensure to keep your room fresh and clean.
